Our Commitment to HSE

ACT’s HSE commitment to staff members is simple, yet substantial. We will focus our resources and priorities to ensure ACT maximizes our effectiveness in HSE by assuring:

  • No accidents at worksites
  • No harm to people
  • No damage to the environment
  • No damage to ACT or Customer assets

ACT staff members shall have the RIGHT and the RESPONSIBILITY to STOP WORK without fear of reprisal for any activity that are considered to be an imminent danger (i.e. any condition or behavior that could reasonably be expected to cause death or serious injury, or environmental harm). The Project Manager and HSE Department will be notified immediately.

The ACT team consists of specialists in all aspects of disaster response, who are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the execution of their responsibilities. To aid them, all team members attend training seminars, study new and emerging technologies and are supplied with state of the art equipment. It is our belief that by paying close attention to the needs of our clients we will grow and maintain our recognition as a leader in the industry.
