Our arsenal of equipment allows us to tailor the technology to the situation.
We extract standing water, then remove moisture from the air and walls, allowing the structure and contents to dry.
Our infrared thermal imaging cameras detect invisible moisture, reducing the need to tear out and rebuild walls.
We extract this moisture from deep within the structure with our semi-trailer desiccant and low-grain refrigerant dehumidifiers, injectidriers and other drying equipment as appropriate for each individual job.
Our quiet, energy-efficient equipment minimizes noise and disruption for building occupants.
HEPA-filtered air scrubbers, commercial generators and other equipment—right for that particular job—may also be used to complete the recovery process.
We then address secondary damage from water such as plumbing, electrical problems and HVAC contamination. Special procedures are used to restore contents such as documents, electronic data, computers and telecommunications equipment.
Highly trained in psychrometry (the science of removing moisture from air), the ACT staff brings years of experience in water extraction and dehumidification techniques to disasters involving water, moisture and high humidity.
All our professionals are certified in the multiple disciplines of disaster response and restoration. Their expertise is validated by their certification in Applied Structural Drying and by earning the Water Restoration Technician designation.
